La Guía de Historia Postal de la Guerra Civil Española de 1936 a 1939, escrita, diseñada, editada y publicada en fascículos por el propio Ronald G. Shelley, fue concebida como un proyecto ambicioso mediante el cual se pretendía desplegar ante los ojos del coleccionista todo el abanico de posible "motivos de colección" relacionados con la filatelia y con la historia postalde 1936-1939. Aparecen así, en toda su riqueza, los tres años más ricos y brillantes de la filatelia española, con una breve introducción para cada tema.

Este capítulo está dedicado a la compañía hispano alemana HISMA LIMITADA, que sirvió como tapadera para la importación de material y efectivos bélicos alemanes en España durante la guerra civil.. Cuenta con doce páginas (coleccionables en tapas de 4 anillas standard).
