DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. Right of information.
   In conformity with the established Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13th December, for the protection of personal data (henceforth LOPD) Todocolección, holder of the website www.todocolección.net (henceforth, "the website"), informs users of this website of the existence of an automated personal data file created by, and under, the responsibility of Tococolección.
2. Purpose.
   All personal data registered by means of the forms provided on the website are collected by Todocolección with the purpose of maintaining its relationship with users, for management of the system, for administrative purposes, to help and improve operational activity, for the design of new services, for sending either ordinary mail or electronic mail, for technical, operational and commercial information related to products and services offered by Todocolección. In the same way, the purpose of collecting and handling this information includes the sending of questionnaires, to which the user is free to reply or not.
   Todocolección does not pass on nor will pass on a user´s personal information to third parties without their permission.
3. Compulsory or optional information supplied by a user and the accuracy of data.
   The fields marked as compulsory in the registration forms are strictly necessary in order to provide the requested service. All other data is voluntary.
   The user guarantees that any personal data supplied to Todocolección is true and accurate and the user assumes the responsibility of communicating any changes in this data.
4. User´s permission.
   The sending of personal data through Todocolección´s electronic forms or electronic mail, supposes the user´s permission to the automated handling of the data included in the above means of communication, as well as the sending of electronic mail with information about our services.
5. User´s rights of access, correction, opposition and cancellation.
   The user can exercise their rights of access, correction, opposition and cancellation to the handling of their personal data under the terms and conditions established by the LOPD. If the user decides to cancel their account, their personal data will be completely deleted.
   These rights can be put into effect by sending a signed written request to our Head Office. The request must include the following data: user´s name and surname, postal address, passport photocopy, and the actual reason of the request.

6. Security.
   Todocolección´s level of security of personal data protection conforms to the Royal Decree 994/1999, dated 11th June, in relation to security measures for automated files containing personal data, and Todocolección has established all possible technical means to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of data supplied by the user through our website. However, we inform users that security on the internet is not impregnable.
   Todocolección promises to fulfill its obligation of secrecy and confidentiality of personal data contained in the automated files in accordance with applicable laws, as well as granting the data a secure handling during any possible transfer of information.
7. Information about cookies, IPs and "spamming" techniques.
   The user accepts the use of cookies and IP tracking. Our site traffic analyzer uses cookies and IP tracking to allow us to collect statistical data, such as: date of first visit, number of visits, date of last visit, URL and domain it comes from, explorer used and screen resolution. However the user, if they wish, can deactivate or eliminate the cookies by following their internet provider´s instructions.
   Todocolección does not use "spamming" techniques and will only deal with data users send through electronic forms supplied on our website or through e-mail messages.

8. Modification of the current privacy policy.
   Todocolección reserves the right to modify the current policy in order to adapt to any future legislative or jurisprudencial changes, as well as changes to any business practices. Users will be informed beforehand of any change made.
   Likewise Todocolección reserves the right to cancel the supply of services to any user who does not comply either with the legal terms and conditions of use or with current legislation.
